Welcome to our Wedding Website!

If you have reached this page, you have probably been invited to attend our wedding in New York on April 13th, 2013. Congratulations on receiving such a distinct honor!

We have set up this website to provide some useful information for our big day!

For example, where is this? What is this again? And also... Why are you guys doing this again? We will hopefully be able to answer almost all of these questions.

Here goes:
  • Where, When, What Time
    • Where: Da Andrea Ristorante! 35 W 13th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues. Right across the street from Quad Cinema.
    • Here's the google maps link
    • When: April 13th, 2013
    • What time: Noon - 4
  • Can I get there using public transportation?
    • Of course! This is New York! You can take the 1, 2/3, 4/5, 6, F/M, N/R, Q or the PATH train to the 14th Street stop, as well as the L train to the 6th Avenue stop.
  • How should I dress?
    • Here are the criteria. Before leaving the house, when you look in the mirror,
      • Women should think: Damn! I look hot!
      • Men should think: Step aside Jon Hamm! Step aside!
  • Are children welcome?
    • All children ages 21+ are welcome.
    • If you happen to be legally responsible for people under 18, feel free to bring them or leave them at home with another responsible adult who will take good care of all our extended nieces and nephews.
  • Yeah, that's great, but what are most people doing?
    • Most local parents we spoke with have opted to leave their kids at home citing the following reasons:
      • it's around nap time
      • it's a relatively short event
      • a quiet glass of wine awaits
    • However, folks traveling out of town do not have that option. Be nice to them!
  • What happens during the wedding?
    • Generally speaking, lots of merrymaking.
    • From noon - 1 we'll be settling in, drinking, and getting married.
    • Around 1 our friendly waiters will start taking orders, namely which main course you'd like.
    • We will then eat and drink and continue with the merrymaking until 4.
  • What happens after the wedding?
    • If you're around, join us for drinks, a walk in the park, dinner somewhere afterwards. We haven't decided yet, but we'll be doing something! As soon as we have a better idea we'll update this site!
  • Have you guys set up a wedding registry?
    • We have set up a honeymoon registry! Here's the link: link
  • What the heck is tobraza?
    • Tobraza is a combination of our last names! Tobis + Pedraza. Pretty nifty.
    • Aurora is trying to convince Enrique that we should change our last names to Tobraza. Help her help him!
  • Argentina?
    • Yes, it's happening. November 23rd (the weekend before Thanksgiving). Save the date! More details on this later...
  • Any other questions?
    • Please feel free to contact either of us!
